Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our customer base and making a key contribution to expanding our sales activities in Germany.

Providing expert advice and comprehensive support to existing and new customers in the fields of energy supply, industry, and skilled trades – with a particular focus on personal protective equipment (PPE)
Actively acquiring new customers and developing new sales channels and markets
Building and sustainably developing long-term customer relationships
Monitoring and analyzing relevant market and competitor trends
Providing technical advice and support to customers, particularly in the areas of e-mobility and PPE
Representing the company at trade fairs, events, and seminars
Achieving sales and corporate targets in line with the strategic direction of the group
Independently conducting price and contract negotiations
Following up on offers and identifying new sales opportunities
Leveraging cross-selling and upselling potential to increase revenue

Your Profile

Degree in engineering (preferably electrical engineering), further training as a master electrician, or a commercial qualification with solid experience in a technical environment
At least 2 years of professional experience in technical B2B sales or in the field of personal protective equipment, ideally within the electrical industry
Experience in acquiring new customers or developing new markets is desirable
High willingness to travel and enthusiasm for direct customer interaction
Very good English skills, both written and spoken

Your Responsibilities

As a Financial Accountant at PRO-EL and PRO-CHARGE, you will be part of a dynamic group of companies from day one. As part of its ongoing development, PRO-CHARGE will soon operate under a new name, with a strong focus on expanding its online business.

You will actively support this transformation process from an accounting perspective and play a key role in further developing the financial processes of both companies – going far beyond routine administrative tasks. In close coordination with management, controlling, and tax advisors, you will apply your expertise where structures are built and growth is driven.

Reviewing, assigning, and posting ongoing business transactions, including fixed assets
Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements as well as VAT returns
Handling full accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and dunning
Managing electronic payment transactions
Preparing liquidity planning and supporting budget planning
Performing intercompany reconciliations within the group
Creating and further developing internal and external reports
Collaborating with tax advisors and controlling on annual financial statements and tax-related matters
Supporting the optimization and digitalization of financial processes

Your Profile

You are a great fit for our team if you:

Have completed a commercial apprenticeship – ideally with further qualification as a certified financial accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Have several years of experience in financial accounting
Possess very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, and ideally have experience with ERP systems
Demonstrate strong numerical understanding and a structured, independent working style
Have very good German and good English language skills
Work reliably, solution-oriented, and as part of a team
